Human Resource Administrator
HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR – PLANT BASED ,
REPORTING TO HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER, THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
Key Result Areas: *Review and prepare payroll data at factory level, *Conduct health talks on the shop floor. *Implement performance management processes including coordinating recognition & award processes at the factory level. *Implement recruitment & selection process at factory level. *Implement training and development process at factory level. *Track and report any accidents, incidents and disciplinary issues at factory level. *Coordinate any corporate social responsibility activities as and when approved by the leadership team. *Draft HR periodic reports. *Advise and help the Business Unit Manager on human resource related issues and deal with employees at plant level*. Prepare weekly reports to be submitted to the Human Resource Manager*. Maintain an updated track sheet of daily attendance, manpower and production in metric tonnes for weekly and monthly submission to the Human Resource Manager and General Manager Management Services*. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
*A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology; Social Sciences, Social Work and other related discipline*Knowledge of existing labor laws*One year’s working experience in a similar role in a large company
SKILLS & PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
* Communication skills and Interpersonal skills, *Result Oriented, *Records management skills*Knowledge of computer packages*Counseling skills, flexible and eager to rotate from one factory to any other at any one given moment.
