The Mukwano Group has substantial diversified interests in commercial and residential property developmental in Uganda.
A recent Joint Venture alliance with a reputed firm in Uganda, Property Services limited led to the incorporation of Nationwide Properties Ltd which marks the entry of the group in large scale commercial and residential property development with the first project comprising of apartments, town houses and independent houses totally numbering 1400 and located on the picturesque shores of Lake Victoria in close vicinity of the city of Kampala.
The Mukwano Group directors have 50% shareholding in Nationwide Properties Ltd.
