Mukwano Group Marks Kabaka’s 21st Coronation Anniversary with Donation

Mukwano Group of Companies will be part of the celebrations to mark the Kabaka of Buganda, His Royal Highness Ssabasajja Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II's 21st Coronation Anniversary scheduled for Thursday, July 31st in Mawogola, Sembabule District.

Mukwano which enjoys a cordial relationship with the Buganda Kingdom has donated 200 cartons of Aqua Sipi mineral water and Ush 3, 000,000 to facilitate the event.

"On behalf of our Directors and the whole Mukwano family, I would like to congratulate the Kabaka on his 21st coronation anniversary and also join the people of Buganda in celebrating the day the beloved King ascended to the throne," Mukwano Public Relations Liaison Officer Douglas Mazune stated.

Mazune observed that Mukwano has participated in the past Kabaka Coronation Anniversary celebrations and other events like the Kabaka's Birthday Run.

The 21st Anniversary theme, "A healthy and prosperous population is Buganda's pride", is in line with Mukwano CSR strategy which is inclined towards health.

We commend Buganda Kingdom for its contribution to the health and prosperity of the nation.

Bwenvu encouraged all people living in Buganda Kingdom, estimated to be 12 million, to consume Mukwano products.
