Mukwano Group - Business Activities

• Manufactures edible oils & fats, laundry & toilet soaps, powder & liquid detergents, personal care & hygiene products, domestic & commercial plastics, energy food drinks and drinking water in Uganda.
• Also among the largest private tea grower, processor and exporter in Africa.
• Actively involved in large scale commercial agriculture and oil seed development projects and out grower agricultural schemes.
• A recent strategic diversification has been the development of state of the art bulk liquids storage facilities in the port city of Mombasa. This strategic infrastructure and development is appropriately supported by a full fledged clearing, forwarding, and total logistics solution setup in Mombasa.
